Men of Valor

Men of Valor is Westgate Chapel’s men’s prayer ministry. Nehemiah encouraged his men to stand in the broken places of the wall around Jerusalem and defend the city. “Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.”  (Nehemiah 4:14).  God has called Men of Valor to stand spiritually in the gap for their pastors, their families, their homes, and for their church.  At this time, we have over 165 men who have committed to pray for the pastor and pastoral staff every day.  During Sunday services, there is on an average, a dozen men who, while service is going on, are in a room praying for the will of God to be accomplished in that service and in the lives of those who attend.  Men of Valor teams pray ONE service time per month.
