Chaplaincy Training III

Westgate Chapel is offering a Community Service Chaplaincy training course to provide specialized training to equip pastors, lay leaders and interested volunteers for the challenges of ministering to people following a crisis. This 24 hour training will provide participants with 3 days with intensive instruction giving deeper understanding of topics covered in levels 1 and 2, such as crisis response, suicide, domestic violence, the roll of ministry outside the church, and the addition of new topics. This course is designed to equip willing hearts and hands with the tools necessary to minister practical love and compassion to those in great need. Dr.Jake Popejoy will be instructing this class.
Registration cost include one manual per person and lunch each day.
