Water Baptism

Baptism is the act of presenting oneself before God and being immersed in water. It is symbolic in that baptism by immersion represents the death of the believer to the old nature of sin, and the resurrection of the new nature. Baptism goes beyond symbolism in that we are stepping into the reenactment of what Christ did for us. We are participating with Him! It is a supernatural act and therefore does something supernatural in us!

Do I need to be Baptized?

Yes! Jesus calls all who follow Him to be baptized!

When should I be Baptized?

Baptism is an outward demonstration of what God has already done in your heart through Christ Jesus. Therefore, baptism follows your conversion experience (repentance and believing by faith in Jesus Christ). We do recommend children fully understand this step before being baptized.
